SAPD Driving Track

Slay engineering is the civil engineers for the rehabilitation and addition to the existing San Antonio Police Department driving track, a key feature of the San Antonio Police Training Academy’s 165-acre facility. Construction will commence soon, enabling the development of this specialized track for precision driving exercises, including tactical maneuvers like PIT training. The track will complement existing academy facilities like firearm ranges, a tactical village, and an obstacle course. It will also support rigorous cadet training programs and community events like the Women in Policing initiative. This project highlights SAPD’s dedication to safety, discipline, and community engagement in San Antonio.
